Stride & Stretch is Going Online for Summer!

I'm passionate about supporting people who want to be active, aging youthfully, and living life to the fullest. Loss of mobility doesn't have to be inevitable. Annoying aches and pains don't have to be chalked up to getting older. That's what Stride & Stretch is all about. We'll be combining walking with yoga in a program designed to improve mobility, strength and suppleness, no matter your age or ability. 

Schedules can be unpredictable especially in the summer when we might want to join in some spontaneous fun. In order to make Stride & Stretch accessible to more, I'm putting the program online for the first time. 

We'll kick off July 1 and participants will have full online access until August 11.

Here are the program goodies:

Full access for the duration of the program (6 weeks) to all practices and meditations.
You can practice as often as you want, whenever and wherever you want.
